Hospital visits often take longer than expected, so we price in half-day and full-day blocks instead of minute by minute.

- Time beyond your booked block is charged at ¥ TBD per hour. Your companion tells you before it starts.

Common questions
Do I need to speak any Chinese?
No. Your companion handles every conversation at the hospital, and you get a written summary in English afterwards.
Which hospitals can you take me to?
Public hospitals across Shanghai, including the large teaching hospitals. We suggest options based on your needs; we are not affiliated with any of them. List of key hospitals to be added
Can you get me an appointment sooner?
No. We book only through official hospital channels. Popular specialists can be booked out for days; we tell you honestly what is available and suggest alternatives.
What if my visit takes longer than planned?
Tests and queues can stretch a visit. If we go past your booked block, extra time is charged by the hour, and your companion tells you before it starts.
Can you help with my insurance claim?
We give you a bilingual visit summary and copies of your receipts to support your claim. We don't arrange direct billing; your insurer or the hospital can tell you whether that is available.
